MANAGEMENT
Ethan Einwohner is the the Founder and President of Recurrent Capital. Mr. Einwohner has over 25 years of experience in financial analysis, transaction leadership and operating company management experience .
Ethan founded, lead and sold Specified Testing Labs, LLC an environmental testing laboratory acquisition company that generated over 800% investor returns; and Manhattan Food Brands, Inc a snack food acquisition company that generated over 200% investor returns. His specialties include: equity and debt valuation, investment analysis (capital structure optimization, M&A modeling, valuation of cash flowing assets); new business evaluation & strategy; portfolio construction and analytics; and operational improvement consulting. Prior to his acquisition career, Ethan held executive positions with semiconductor, cyber-security, enterprise software and financials services companies. He served as both Director of Business Strategy & Development and as a Director, Portfolio Management & Strategy at Cantor Fitzgerald; and as COO and Managing Director of Investment Banking at VCG Securities.
